Medium toning. The obverse is mostly gray, except for
some blue to the left of and above the star, which does not show up very
well in the scan above. The reverse is mostly a green - blue color
except for a small patch on the right side which has been wiped clean at
one time. This light cleaning on the right side of the reverse is what
keeps this piece in the Proof-63 category as there are no other flaws to
note. The strike is decent, especially on the obverse. Both sides
display definite mirrors under the toning on both sides.
